Built for learning. Designed with children in mind.

Plain answers about how YULearn handles safety, privacy and content quality for Singapore Primary families. Open any section to read the detail.

    • YULearn is designed for Primary 1–6 learners, so language, pacing and visuals are written for that age group.
    • Children cannot start open conversations with strangers. Messaging exists only between a child and the adults linked to their account.
    • There are no public student profiles, follower counts or open comment walls in the student experience.

    • Every AI reply is filtered before it reaches a child. Unsafe or off-topic requests are declined with a gentle redirect back to learning.
    • The AI explains and guides — it is designed to help a child reach the answer, not simply hand over finished homework.
    • AI drafts of teaching material are always reviewed by a person before students see them.

    • We store account details, learning activity and progress. That is what the product needs to work.
    • Learning data is used to personalise a child's practice — which topics to revisit and which to advance.
    • We do not sell personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles from children's learning activity.

    • Teaching profiles show the qualifications and experience the teacher has provided to us.
    • A teacher who has not completed verification cannot publish courses or worksheets to students.
    • If a teacher's material repeatedly fails review, publishing access is paused while we look into it.

    • Every course, worksheet and question set runs through an automated standards check for answer keys, marking points and age suitability.
    • A human reviewer then accepts, requests changes, or rejects the material with a written reason.
    • Published material keeps a version history, so a change can be traced and rolled back.

    • Linking a child requires a confirmation step — a parent cannot attach themselves to another family's account.
    • From the parent area you can see learning activity, study time, progress and spending.
    • You can unlink a child, or ask us to close the account, at any time.

    • Reports go into a moderation queue, and content can be hidden while it is being reviewed.
    • Community posts are filtered for personal information such as phone numbers and addresses before they appear.
    • Urgent safety concerns can be sent to us directly through the support channel below.

    • Card details are handled by the payment provider. YULearn only records that a payment succeeded.
    • Subscriptions can be cancelled from the parent area; you keep access until the paid period ends.
    • Our refund terms are published in full on the refund policy page.

    • Accounts are protected by authenticated sessions, and learning records are scoped per account at the database level.
    • You can request a copy of the data held about your family, or ask us to delete your account, through the support channel below.
    • Deleting an account removes the learning records tied to it; we keep only what we are required to keep for billing records.
